My name is Michael Robison. I am the Lead Pastor of Grace Church in Kingsport,TN. I have a vision to see people fall passionately in love with Jesus. I want to see people have the desire to glorify God through every aspect of their lives.

I have a lifetime of experience in ministry. Having grown up in full time Youth Ministry and Church Growth Consultation, I have plenty of stories. I have also held positions as Lead Sales Director/Manager and Chief Operation Officer for a few successful organizations. I have a head and heart for seeing success in even the smallest aspect of a church and organization.

I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world. Allison is my best friend and my greatest supporter. She has been the reason for my success in life, family and ministry.

She and I have 2 very awesome boys and a beautiful little girl. Evan is 4, and a redhead in every sense! Noah is 3 and a sports freak even at such a young age. Kaia is 9 months, and our newest addition from Ethiopia! We have a desire to see our family grow.

Both Allison and I, feel that God has called us to a lifetime of ministry and a lifestyle of ministry. Every aspect of our lives is spent and designed to make the most of each day as we work to reach people. We want to teach our children that serving God’s Church is a privilege, honor and seriously fun! We love who, what and where God has called us to. We cannot imagine a life that is any different than the one that God has given us.
