So, in just a few hours I will be heading back out to Port au Prince, Haiti. I am going to back to get the ball rolling on a massive project in Haiti. It has long been my dream to set into motion a movement that would impact Haiti. Through the events of the last month God has worked to make that dream a reality.
Recently, in a partnership with Safe Water Nexus and others, we have formed IMPACT HAITI. This is a non-profit that is focused on a long term plan to change the lives of people in Haiti. The basic function will be to help teams go to Haiti and serve. We will facilitate travel, planning and process for serving in short and long term mission in Haiti. But, the long-term goals are gonna be the key.
The long term goals of Impact Haiti will be:
Build an Orphanage
Build a Church
Build a School
Facilitate change in the Community of Cabaret
Please be in prayer as these things fall into place. Pray for wisdom, provision and discernment. Pray that God provides the means and the people. There is a great group of people in place ready to make this happen. I have had the privilege of connecting this great group and mobilizing them. Now, they need your prayers and your encouragement.
As of now we have been offered land and a community to impact. The next steps are prayer, prayer & more prayer. Join us!

I am overwhelmed at how God has thrust you (gently!)into His plans for the people of Haiti (as well as for the people there in Kingsport that Grace ministers to). I am just overwhelmed. It is amazing how He has plotted your course and brought you to this point. I see His Hands and His Providence in placing you on this path. I am amazed and awed at the POWER of God and His PLANS that are CONSTANTLY being carried out…NO MATTER WHAT. For the orphange, for the church, for the school, for the change in Cabaret…..prayers. I am amazed. I get goose-bumps just thinking about how this has come to be…….through all the tragedy……..now this. How amazing. How GOD. Go, man, go! He has really OPENED THE WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY for HIS LIGHT to SHINE ON IN THERE…….and for HIS LIFE TO BE LIVED OUT THERE for the people (and, oh, especially for the children, the children, the NEXT generation). What a call on your life. Go, man, go!
